Credit Controller / Sales Ledger Administrator Based in Torquay Are you a numbers whizz with an eye for detail and a proactive approach? We're on the lookout for a dedicated Credit Controller/Sales Ledger Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll be keeping the figures in line and the cash flowing - reconciling daily sales, posting receipts, maintaining customer accounts, and assessing credit limits. You'll make sure payments come in on time, minimise bad debts, and liaise with debt collection agencies when needed.

General duties will involve the driving of the Forklift Truck, helping with the tidying of the Yard and supporting with sorting of recyclable materials.Responsibilities:- Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move, stack, and retrieve materials- Load and unload trucks or containers using a forklift- Inspect forklifts before and after use, reporting any maintenance or repair needs- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries Qualifications:- Valid counterbalance forklift certification/license- Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting- Strong knowledge of forklift safety procedures and practices- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately- Excellent coordination and spatial awareness skills Working Hours will be 10am to 6pm, Monday to Thursday at 10am to 5.30pm on Friday offering 37 hours per week.

Shifts available: Monday to Friday, 12:30–21:00 7am–7pm on a 2-week rotating shift: Week 1: Mon, Tues, Sat & Sun Week 2: Wed, Thurs, Fri(You’ll need to be able to commit to every other weekend for the 12-hour shifts.) What you’ll be doing: Assembling small items and carrying out dextrous, hands-on tasks.

The working hours will require applicants to working 12-hour shifts and commit to working every other weekend. This will be a bi-weekly rotational shift pattern working 3-days one week, then 4-days the next.
