About You

Would you like to be a Customer Service Advisor, for a well-established and reputable company that always encourages people to grow and that offers plenty of opportunities for those who are willing to progress?

At least 2 years experience in a customer facing role would be essential but previous experience in a call centre environment isn't necessary. You may have retail or hospitality experience, in which case get in touch.

As a part of their Customer Services team, you will play an important role in ensuring all customers and business partners receive excellent service mainly through email, live chat and social media channels. You will need to be professional, be computer literate and have great customer service skills and there will be no need to answer a phone!

Key Requirements and Responsibilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Full, supported training given for the first 2 weeks of your assignment
• To answer inbound emails in a timely and professional manner and respond accordingly
• Resolving customer queries
• Responding to any enquires & complaints
• Processing orders and payments
• Escalate any issues or complaints where necessary
• To consistently delivery an outstanding level of customer service

Hours of work

• Start date - August 18th 2026
• Temporary contract, possible temp to permanent role
• 37.5 hours a week
• £12.83 per hour
• First two weeks of training - Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
• Following training, you will work a fixed 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, which will be agreed once you start, so one weekend day only.
