We’ve been recruiting for Harrier LLC for over 25 years, and we’re proud to be continuing that relationship as we help them prepare for another busy peak period in Newton Abbot.

A lot can change in a quarter of a century. Thankfully, our enthusiasm for helping people find work hasn’t. At BIG ANT Group, we’re pleased to be back recruiting operatives to support Harrier’s production team, with various day and night shifts available and people needed to start as soon as possible.

Working with a business for this long gives us the chance to get to know its working environment and the demands of its busiest periods. We’re currently looking for operatives to cover a range of duties during the peak period, including:

Packing
Machine operating
Quality control
Mail sorting
These are production roles in a factory setting. The work is fast-paced and involves repetitive tasks, so you’ll need to be comfortable keeping focused and maintaining a steady pace throughout your shift. Each duty plays a part in keeping production moving during a busy time for the business.
