We had an absolute blast exhibiting at both the Devon Business Show and Riviera Connect Business Show! These events were a perfect opportunity to connect with so many incredible people, and we’ve come away feeling energised, inspired, and, let’s be honest, a little chuffed about how much fun it was.

At BIG ANT, we’re all about the human touch, and today was a brilliant reminder of why we love what we do. From job seekers looking for their next big move to local businesses wanting to grow their teams—it was great to connect, chat, and share opportunities.

When you picture a charity golf day, you probably think of blue skies, warm sunshine, and perfectly manicured greens, right? Well, at this year’s charity golf event, Little Ant Insurance had the pleasure (and the challenge) of sponsoring one of the holes... on what turned out to be one of the wettest day of the year.

Today, our very own Sarah Kemp, alongside Ben Coley from Little ANT - Insurance Services, had an absolutely brilliant time meeting the bright students of Churston Ferrers Grammar School at their careers event.

Some of the team had the pleasure of supporting LodestarAcademy with their Careers Day 👊 Becky Darke (CertRP) and Mandy Hamilton spent some time discussing some of the children’s hopes for the future. We had everything from a buddying F1 driver to an air hostess looking for work

Meet BIG TONY, who was our beloved mascot, whose larger-than-life personality and even bigger heart make him the star of our socials and events. Legend has it he was once an enthusiastic, if somewhat cuddly, lifeguard, BIG TONY who brought his infectious joy and zest for life to our workplace every day.

When we rebranded to BIG ANT in 2018 we launched a promo video that quickly became more than just another piece of marketing material; it embodied our ethos and approach to recruitment – 'It's all about you.' Today, this message continues to resonate as powerfully as it did when it first captivated our audience.
