BIG ANT Group have a Waste & Recycling Loader vacancy available, with an immediate start available, following completion of Induction.

What is a Recycling Loader? This is someone who enjoys physical work, getting their steps in and staying active! A Loader sorts through household recyclable materials at roadside in a team acting quickly to cover residential areas across Torbay. 
The role will involve some heavy (and constant) lifting, as well as regularly getting climbing in and out of the vehicle. You will also be the face of the company working in the local community so applicants must have a positive attitude and enjoy the outdoors.

· Location: SWISCo, Yalberton Industrial Estate, Paignton
· Working hours: 6am - finish, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week, generally finishing by 2.45pm)
· Rate of pay: £12.65 p/hr (overtime is paid after 8 hours per day at a rate of time and a half)

This position will be required to support across the busy summer period and may lead to a permanent position.
