Big Ant is excited to be working with one of the Bay's biggest employers to recruit a temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their busy, supportive team.
This is a brilliant opportunity if you're looking for a role that offers variety, plenty of interaction with the community. The position starts on a temporary basis 30 hrs a week Mon - Friday but could become permanent for the right person.
We're on the lookout for someone enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to get stuck in straight away.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be the first point of contact for members of the public, local businesses, and internal teams. From taking enquiries to escalating issues, your role will be all about keeping things running smoothly and ensuring excellent service every step of the way.
Training on internal systems will be provided, though knowledge of Microsoft Office would be a bonus.
