Warehouse Returns Assistant (Industrial)

BIG ANT Group are looking for a Returns Operative for a Warehouse in Newton Abbot.

We are looking for someone to support with the accurate and prompt returns service for a client based in Newton Abbot.
We are excited to offer a potential long-term position with this company. It is a great opportunity for someone seeking part time hours; with a friendly, casual working environment offering flexible working hours.

Working hours will be a maximum of 24 hours per week, and our client is flexible to discuss working hours that suit you, between 7am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Duties will include:

• Quality control - we are looking for someone with good attention to detail to ensure the products are of quality to resale or log any faults.
• Computer use - applicants must be computer literate and ideally have experience within admin as this will allow you to view customer order details and process the customer returns.
• Packing / stocking - you will be required to prepare items for resale and ensure these are returned to their designated areas within the warehouse.

You may also be required to support with general picking and packing duties during peak times / once returns are complete and processed. Therefore, this will involve physical duties due to the scale of the warehouse.
