Warehouse Assistant (Harrier)

BIG ANT Group are looking for Warehouse Assistants to join Harrier LLC, a large Digital Print Company in Newton Abbot.

We are looking for candidates who have good attention to detail and are experienced in working in fast-paced environments to achieve targets.

Initially, working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 08:30-17:00 and eventually adapt to the 12-hour shift rotation of 7am - 7pm, to support with the increased work levels.

The 12-hour shift breakdown is: One week is Monday / Tuesday / Saturday & Sunday. The following week is Wednesday / Thursday / Friday. Applicants must be able to commit to every other weekend on this 12-hour shift pattern.

The nature of the work can vary from:

• Assembly work
• Loading / unloading machines
• Machine Operating
• Packing duties
• Parcel sorting

This will involve handling delicate / fragile items, and some dextrous duties as well as potentially using equipment such as hand-held scanners. The roles may also be physical as you may be lifting 10kg products and packaging larger items.
This positions will be repetitive, therefore it is essential you are a determined and motivated individual with an interest in achieving targets.

We are looking for candidates who are available to start during the month of October, and this will be an ongoing requirement.
