Warehouse Assistant (Picker / Packers) (HMJR1)

BIG ANT Group are buzzing to be recruiting Packing Operatives for our friends over at Harrier LLC in Newton Abbot.

Or just fancy trying something fresh and different?

You’ll be part of the team making sure everything’s packed to perfection — from fragile gifts to larger products. You’ll be using computer-based systems like handheld scanners and doing some lifting (up to around 10kg). Accuracy is key — we’re talking lots of orders and a good bit of repetition, so being switched-on and detail-focused is a big plus.

You’ll start on weekday shifts — 08:30–17:00 or 07:00–15:30 — then move onto the 12-hour shift rotation (07:00–19:00) once things ramp up.
Here’s how the pattern works:

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday

• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

So yes, it’s every other weekend — but you’ll have plenty of days off in between to recharge.

We’re looking for people ready to get started throughout November with ongoing work available for those who shine.
