Territory Account Manager (Maternity Cover) (GBY1)

Location: Field-based, ideally living in or near York
Territory: Yorkshire, the North East, Lancashire and Cumbria
Salary: £37,000-£40,000, depending on experience
Contract: 12-month fixed-term maternity cover
Anticipated start: End September

This is a varied, field-based role combining account management, business development and clinically focused product support. You'll assume responsibility for an established territory and act as the principal point of contact for customers throughout the contract.

Work will be manly in Schools and Homes, but clients may include NHS services, supported living organisations, and therapists. You'll build trusted relationships, understand each client's requirements and provide informed guidance on suitable products.

The territory covers a substantial area across Yorkshire, the North East, Lancashire and Cumbria, including the BD, DH, DL, FY, HU, LA, NE, PR, SR, TS and YO postcode areas. Candidates should ideally live in or close to York and be comfortable undertaking regular travel throughout the region.

A structured handover will be provided at the beginning and end of the contract to support continuity across the territory.

You’ll be a confident and self-motivated account manager who can quickly establish credibility within an existing territory. You’ll need the maturity and organisational ability to work independently while remaining closely connected to the wider commercial team.
