Sales Administrator – A role with real variety
Are you someone who likes to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in? We’re on the lookout for a proactive Sales Administrator to join our client’s team – a role that blends sales support with operational know-how.
This isn’t a job where you’ll be stuck doing the same thing every day. You’ll be juggling priorities, switching hats, and making things happen – from handling enquiries and sending quotes, to keeping international partners happy and supporting the sales team on the ground. If you thrive on variety and enjoy keeping the wheels turning smoothly, this could be right up your street.
What you’ll be doing:

Talking to customers – handling sales enquiries and providing great service.

Keeping an eye on shared inboxes and responding quickly.

Preparing quotes and processing orders through to dispatch.

Sorting customs clearance for imported goods.

Coordinating with overseas shipping agents and manufacturing partners in China, the Czech Republic and India.

Supporting the Sales Director and field sales reps with what they need.

Packing and sending out customer sample requests.
What we’re looking for:

A self-starter who’s happy to use their initiative (with plenty of team support when needed).

Someone organised, who enjoys keeping plates spinning and doesn’t mind switching between tasks.

Flexible, adaptable, and willing to muck in where needed.

A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and international partners.

Previous experience in sales support, operations, or customer service would be a real plus.

Knowledge of logistics, customs, or shipping? Handy, but definitely not a deal breaker.
