Our client, a growing independent estate and letting agency, is seeking a highly organised and personable Sales Adminitsrator to become the central point of contact within the office. This role is pivotal to the smooth running of the business, acting as the first impression for vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants, while providing essential administrative and operational support to the wider team.
This position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and takes pride in being the "glue" that holds everything together.
The role
You will be responsible for ensuring the front-of-house experience is professional, efficient and welcoming, while supporting core business processes behind the scenes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, emails and walk-in enquiries
- Providing a professional and friendly reception service to clients and visitors
- Managing and coordinating property viewings, including booking appointments and liaising with applicants
- Overseeing diary and calendar management for negotiators and valuers
- Supporting the team with administration, document handling and compliance processes
- Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and CRM platforms
- Assisting with property listings, marketing materials and online portals
- Ensuring the office environment remains organised, presentable and efficient
- Supporting general office coordination, acting as a key operational support function
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700, with every other Saturday 9am - 12.30pm

- Competent in Microsoft Office and general IT systems (CRM experience advantageous)
Previous experience within property, estate agency or a similar customer-facing administrative role would be beneficial, but not essential.
