Based in our Paignton Hub - Full Time - Sectors: Healthcare, Industrial & Commercial

BIG ANT is on the lookout for a Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly and fast-paced team in Paignton. You'll be supporting our Temporary division, working across the Healthcare, Industrial, and Commercial sectors.

 

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and working proactively with pace. If you've got recruitment experience - especially on a temp desk - even better.

 

The role involves:

• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Sourcing and placing suitable temps at pace
• Managing temporary bookings and keeping everything on track
• Developing new business to grow our customer base
• Willingness to build your personal brand and support the BIG ANT name across social platforms and events
• Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team
• Using your initiative and getting stuck in where needed
• Bee part of the on call rota

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in recruitment (temp or perm)
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
• The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• A team player who's confident working independently too
• Someone who enjoys a bit of variety and working at speed
• Ideally be able to drive to attend client off site visits
