Production Worker (Industrial)

BIG ANT (recruitment agency) are looking for temporary Production and Packing staff to join our busy team in Newton Abbot.

We are looking for candidates who are able to work in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided on each job.

There are a number of roles and full time shifts available, so please do contact us for more information. Roles available will include, packing, assembly, production and machine operating. It is all clean work in a modern environment.

Working hours will likely to be Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 or 07:00-15:30 and most will move to the 12-hour shift rotation of 7am - 7pm, to support with the increased work levels from mid November to Christmas. Other shifts may be available including NIGHTS

If the role moves to 12 hour shifts, it will be:

One week is Monday / Tuesday / Saturday & Sunday. The following week is Wednesday / Thursday / Friday. Applicants must be able to commit to every other weekend on this 12-hour shift pattern. You will be paid 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next week, and this will continue on this payment pattern. Overtime will be paid at a premium time and half.

If you feel 12 hour shifts may be too much, please do still apply, we may be able to accommodate shorter shifts to suit you.

We are looking for candidates who are available to start soon and available until at least Christmas. Some of these jobs / our temps will continue beyond Christmas and into the New Year.

£12.71 per hour. Paid weekly
