Production / Packing Operative Harrier (H/JR)

BIG ANT Group are looking for Production / Packing Operatives to join our client in Newton Abbot.

We're looking for candidates who have good attention to detail and are experienced in working in fast-paced environments to achieve targets.

Initially, working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 08:30-17:00 (or similar) and eventually adapt to the 12-hour shift rotation of 7am - 7pm, to support with the increased work levels from early November to Christmas only.

The 12-hour shift breakdown is: One week is Monday / Tuesday / Saturday & Sunday. The following week is Wednesday / Thursday / Friday. Applicants must be able to commit to every other weekend on this 12-hour shift pattern. The maximum number of days to work in a row would be 3 with at least 2 days off. You will be paid either 36 or 48 hours per week depending on how the shifts fall within a payroll week. The rota is set in advance so you will know clearly when you are due to work.

The nature of the work would be assembly work, scanning finished products, printing labels, packaging items into the right envelopes or lightweight boxes.
This positions will be repetitive, therefore it is essential you are a determined and motivated individual with an interest in achieving targets.

We are looking for candidates who are available to start over the next few weeks and this will be an ongoing requirement up to close to Christmas. It may lead to work beyond and perhaps permanent depending on the person and the needs of the client
