Night Production / Packers (HMJR2)

BIG ANT Group are supporting Harrier LLC with their temporary recruitment needs and we're looking for various positions on their Night Shift.

The responsibility of Night Shift Operatives may include controlling machinery, ensuring the machinery is loaded with materials and set correctly, packing products, operating commercial printers or sorting postal orders in the dispatch facility, ensuring orders are accurately allocated to postal areas for courier collections.

We'll identify the right position for you within the team based on your skills and experience during the interview process. You will be provided the opportunity to meet on site to experience the work environment and see the positions on offer prior to starting.

Working hours will be 7pm - 7am 12 hour shifts on a 3 on 3 off rota. You will be entitled to a one hour paid break per shift. Any shifts worked more than your core hours will be paid as overtime at time and half.

Applicants must have good attention to detail, as accuracy is essential to fulfil customer orders. Full training will be provided across these roles, however, experience of working in a production or packing environment would be beneficial.

These positions are to support a period of high growth, but long term opportunities may be available for the best operators.
