Job description

We have an opportunity for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our client's team. You will manage two of the online brands and will need to have strong omnichannel experience to ensure that the brand message is consistent at every touch point.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director you will need to be a great team player as well as having the ability to drive your own timetable.

You'll be joining an ever growing business that is at a pivotal stage in their journey with big plans in place for 2022 and as such are looking for someone great to join their team.

Requirements

Ability to analyse and provide insight:

Not just your usual web analytics and website performance - you will be well versed in using data to drive the customer experience across a multitude of platforms and channels.

Experience of; Google Analytics (Google Data Studio), Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc

combined with excellent Excel skills (SQL experience advantageous)

Familiarity with CDP would be helpful

Organisation and project management skills:

Building an omnichannel marketing plan through differing technologies and different measurements.

Experience with work tools such as Trello would be a advantageous

A thirst for driving acquisition and developing customer contact strategies:

Understanding how to run and analyse PPC campaigns either directly through AdWords or through managing an Agency. Understanding the requirements, the requirements to max out the SEO opportunities.

Solid experience in developing email campaigns.

A tenacious understanding of the customer experience:

From initial purchase to after sales, repeat and upsells. You must be dedicated to creating the very best experience on the site from growing awareness of the brands to providing everything a customer would want to know about our products.

Experience of managing customer review platforms.

Excellent social media knowledge:

Not just posting - you are someone who can build and engage a community on social networks. Good knowledge of social paid advertising. Strong analytic capabilities to measure ROI. As the brands guardian its important you have an excellent knowledge and passion for the channel and the desire to keep up to date with new initiatives.

Experience of scheduling and management tools.

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of £28k-£35k Dependant on experience.

Location: Initially working from home with some meetings in the Southwest Exeter/Plymouth corridor. Longer term - flexible split of working hours between SW offices and home working to suit the right candidate.
