Despatch / Packing Operative (Harrier)

BIG ANT Group are looking for Despatch / Packing Operatives to join Harrier LLC in Newton Abbot.

We are looking for candidates who have good attention to detail and enjoy physical duties.

The working hours will require applicants to working 12-hour shifts and commit to working every other weekend. This will be a bi-weekly rotational shift pattern working 3-days one week, then 4-days the next. Working hours are 07:00-19:00, and the working days are: Wednesday / Thursday / Friday (36 hours) and the following week is Monday / Tuesday / Saturday & Sunday (48 hours).

The nature of the work is securely packaging parcels in preparation for despatch. You would also be doing parcel collections within the factory; this involves collecting cages and unloading them in the despatch bay - this would involve physical duties due to the size an weight of the cages. Candidates must also have good attention to detail and understanding of English as you will be sorting parcels into relevant postal areas for collections. You will be working within a fast-paced environment so we are looking for candidates who thrive in this setting.

This is an ongoing requirement.
