Job Description:
My client Is currently seeking experienced customer service advisors for their Newton abbot based offices.
The role includes using a chat bot function to communicate so good IT knowledge is essential.
A Saturday or Sunday is required with one day off in the week but the hours will be office hours.
Job description:
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent customer relations, taking opportunities to impress
- Using diplomacy and great tact you will handle complaints with professionalism
- Follow established procedures to triage complaints to Senior staff when necessary
- You will make sure all appropriate information/evidence has been collated before handing over cases to other members of the team or department
- Feedback any significant positive or negative comments from customers/yourself relating to products and services offered
- Feedback to Team Leader on any issue caused by any PDS system/Web/process failure
- Responsible for making sure all appropriate information/evidence is collated before handing over
Person specification:
· Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
· Good geographical knowledge of the world
· Proficient in computer use and ability to learn new software packages
· At least 2 years’ experience in similar role or customer facing role from outside PDS
· Or at least 12 months experience in a Junior Sales role in PDS Contact Centre
· English and Maths GCSE at level C or above
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with others
· An enthusiastic approach to sales and customer service

· Great communicator – both verbally and in written form
