Full time / Temporary
We are recruiting for several inbound Customer Service Advisors for our Paignton based client. This is an ongoing temporary assignment and has the potential to go permanent. The company offers an excellent, friendly working environment.
They offer full time hours (37.5) a week, starting at 9am, and finishing at 5pm, or starting at 10am, and finishing at 6pm. You will always have 2 consecutive days off, but they have flagged they want candidates to commit to a minimum of 1 in 3 weekends.
You will receive 1 week's training, which will involve processing orders, and then once confident on the systems, you will deal with inbound calls and emails.
Immediate Start Available
Offering excellent customer service for mid sales incoming enquiries (via phone or Email). Common issues you will be required to assist with include communicating delays, providing tracking info, supporting with returns, and dealing with any other queries the customers may have.
Taking ownership of your customers queries and seeing them through to resolution.
Ensuring you deliver excellent customer service, and that the customers you deal with have an excellent experience.
Handling complaints to resolution or escalation if necessary.
