Production & Packing Operatives – Newton Abbot

BIG ANT Group are excited to be working with Harrier LLC, and we’re on the lookout for reliable Production / Packing Operatives to join their busy team in Newton Abbot.

If you’ve got a good eye for detail, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and like the satisfaction of hitting targets – this could be the role for you.

Shifts available:

• Monday to Friday, 12:30–21:00

• 7am–7pm on a 2-week rotating shift:

  • Week 1: Mon, Tues, Sat & Sun

  • Week 2: Wed, Thurs, Fri
    (You’ll need to be able to commit to every other weekend for the 12-hour shifts.)

What you’ll be doing:

• Assembling small items and carrying out dextrous, hands-on tasks.

• Using handheld scanners for packing and processing.

• Lifting products (up to 10kg), packaging larger items, and moving cages of stock.

The work can be repetitive, but if you’re motivated, determined, and like keeping busy, you’ll fit right in.

This is an ongoing role with a well-established company – a great opportunity if you’re looking for steady work in a friendly team environment.
