BIG ANT Healthcare Team Account Manager
We are looking for someone to join our Healthcare Team based in Paignton, to have a caring and personable personality with an optimistic and friendly demeanour.

Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced, busy environment and therefore manage and respond to multiple demands on your time.
Have a "Stride not Shuffle" attitude.
Manage and maintain customer bookings.
Ensure HCAs receive excellent peer support with any issues.
Allocate HCAs to shifts that best meet their requirements and the needs of the care home.
Manage shift amendments and ensure customers' requests are dealt with promptly.
Maintain excellent levels of customer care with existing clients by calling and arranging visits.
Developing new clients through proactive calls and visits.
Work with Recruiters to understand the skill set of each individual HCA.
Understand the recruitment process of HCA's and related candidates and support when required.
Support with payroll.
Ability to be part of a team, working in collaboration with colleagues.
Provide on-call support to include weekends and bank holidays, on a rota basis.
Will have top level communication skills, both verbal and written
Follow best practice and all BIG ANT processes, procedures and recruitment strategies.
To continually check for regulations on care industry and best practice.
Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory compliance matters.
