Receptionist

My client based in Totnes have a great opportunity for a temporary Receptionist to join the company. You will be the first point of contact for for clients, both face to face and on the phone. Responding to all inbound communications promptly and directing enquiries correctly. Requirements: Previous experience working within a similar role Excellent communication skills both Written and verbally Experienced in Microsoft Office and Outlook Ability to work with pace whilst maintaining attention to detail Immediate start for the right candidate.

Office Manager

My client is looking for an Office Manager to organise and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication, and safety. Office manager duties and responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees. Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Office Administrator would be an advantage.
