BIG ANT Group are looking for Machine / Production Operatives to join Harrier LLC in Newton Abbot.
We are looking for candidates who have good attention to detail and are experienced in working in fast-paced environments to achieve targets.
Initially, working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 08:30-17:00 and eventually adapt to the 12-hour shift rotation of 7am - 7pm, to support with the increased work levels.
The 12-hour shift breakdown is: One week is Monday / Tuesday / Saturday & Sunday. The following week is Wednesday / Thursday / Friday. Applicants must be able to commit to every other weekend on this 12-hour shift pattern.
The role will involve duties such as loading and unloading machinery, using machine programmes to set correct options for products. This may also involve some physical duties and lifting up to 10kg. Other duties will involve monitoring machine productivity and quality control.
We are looking for candidates who are available to start during the month of November, and this will be an ongoing requirement.
