Overview of the role

As their International Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving international growth, meeting ambitious sales targets, and expanding their market presence worldwide. Candidate Profile
We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional with the following qualifications:
- Customer Insight: Ability to anticipate customer needs and align them with our products and services.
- Industry Experience: Experience in consumer goods, preferably in toys, gaming, or gifting (other creative industries considered).
- International Expertise: Must have proven experience of international markets and a robust customer base.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in business development with a drive to grow sales.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English and must be fluent in one or more of the following: French, German, Italian, or Spanish.
- Service Excellence: Strong customer service skills.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively with team members.
- Flexibility: Adaptable to flexible work patterns and willing to travel internationally.
- Pressure Handling: Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
This role is a Monday - Friday, 08.30-17.00 based at our Bovey Tracey office when in the UK, however flexibility of working hours due international times zones and travel suit the right candidate.
