We're proud to formalise a relationship that has grown over many seasons and we're now the approved provider of temporary recruitment services for match days and events at Home Park. Would you like to join us and support in these exciting opportunities?

We will be offering shifts on Argyle's Home games; these can be evenings during the week or of an afternoon when games are played at the weekend. Generally, staff will be required to work for up to 6-hours per shift and it's therefore a great top-up for anyone looking for some extra hours, or someone who enjoys the flexibility of shorter ad-hoc shifts.

BIG ANT will be looking for candidates who ideally have experience in some, or all of the following areas, although not essential as training can be provided for enthusiastic individuals:
- Customer service
- Operating tills
- Card & cash payments
- Preparing hot & cold beverages
- Bar work; pouring pints and other alcoholic drinks
- Serving food; this could be hot fast-food, snacks or sweets
- Plate service in a dining environment

The ideal candidate will thrive from working in a fast-paced environment who enjoys the energy of the busy atmosphere. Applicants will require good communication skills to carryout these duties.

We are able to offer opportunities to under 18's but positions will be limited due to the requirement to serve alcohol.
