Community Grounds & Clean-Up Assistant (Industrial)

We’re working with East Devon District Council to support their seasonal team – and we’re on the lookout for people who take real pride in their patch.

Based in and around Exmouth, you’ll be helping to keep public spaces clean, tidy and welcoming for everyone – from local residents to summer visitors.

What you’ll be doing:
You'll be out and about, looking after the streets, parks and walkways. No two days will be quite the same, but tasks include:

• Sweeping up debris

• Litter picking

• Emptying bins

• Cleaning up spills and keeping toilet facilities fresh

• Grass cutting and strimming

• Keeping hedgerows tidy

You’ll mostly be working solo, so we’re after someone proactive – someone who’s happy to crack on, stay on top of physical work, and handle all kinds of weather (sunshine and the odd drizzle).

The details:
🕢 Monday to Friday

• 07:30 to 16:30 (Mon–Wed)

• 07:30 to 16:00 (Thurs & Fri)

• Based in Exmouth and surrounding areas

• Driving licence needed – you’ll need to get yourself around

• Available now through to around September
