Big Ant Group are looking for experienced Bar and Waiting Staff for a popular venue in the English Riviera, Torquay.

We are looking for committed individuals to provide exceptional service in a vibrant hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in this line of work and a passion for the industry.

Duties
- Take and process customer orders
- Manage customer queries, providing a polite and helpful service at all times
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages wines, pints, soft drinks and hot drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area
- Handle cash and card transactions
- Operate the till system accurately
- Serve food and condiments to customer orders
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- Assist in setting up and restocking bar supplies as needed

Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending or waiting work is advantageous
- Good level of basic maths for handling transactions
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Clear and friendly communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

This requirement will be working on an adhoc basis for specific events. Varying hours each week.

Generally the shifts will cover evenings if during the week, and Saturday requirements are typically daytime into evenings. These shifts can work perfectly as a top-up for anyone looking for some extra hours, or someone who enjoys the flexibility of shorter ad-hoc shifts.
