Grounds Maintenance Operative (Industrial)

BIG ANT Group are supporting the local Council with their searches for a Seasonal member of the team for the Grounds Maintenance Department.

Duties will include:
- Strimming grass along pathways / highways / parks
- Blowing grass
- Litter picking
- Weeding
- Hedge / branch / bramble maintenance

Preferably, we are seeking individuals that have experience in a similar role. It would also be desirable if applicants drive, but it is not essential.

This requirement will run until September / October depending on factors like the weather / holiday / absence cover. There may also be potential opportnity for a longer-term position here depending on project outcomes / staffing changes.

Working hours are Monday to Friday working a total of 37 hours per week. Shift times are 07:00-15:30 Monday to Thursday and 07:00-12:00 on Fridays.
Should you participate in any overtime / weekend or bank holiday hours you will be paid an enhancement.
