BIG ANT Group are looking for Facilities Cleaners for a local council. Our client is flexible for the successful applicants to be deployed from Torr Quarry in Kingsbridge, Ivybridge or Totnes.
This role is a mobile position and applicants must drive due to the nature of this role.
A Facilities Cleaner will be responsible for following a set route to visit, clean and maintain toilet blocks across the South Hams area. You will be replenishing toilet rolls, soap dispensers and other disposables. You will ensure the basins are kept clean and toilets / urinals are sanitised as well as changing over litter bins.
The rota for this role will be working 4 on / 4 off so weekends will be an essential part of your working week. You will be paid an enhanced rate of time and a half for weekend shifts and double time for bank holidays.
There are two rota's and we are looking for candidates who are flexible to cover both sets of hours:
06:45 to 16:30 or 08:00 to 18:00
All equipment and PPE will be supplied in order for you to fulfill this role.
This position is likely to progress to a permanent opportunity for the right person.
