Key Duties:
First Line IT Support: Providing prompt and effective first-line support to all users within the organisation. This involves troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues to minimise disruptions.
IT Training: Conducting training sessions for new and existing users to enhance their IT proficiency and maximise productivity using company systems.
