Big Ant Recruitment is please to be supporting one of our valued clients to find a Business Administrator who can start with them in a temporary capacity but will potentially have an option to go perm done the line.

We're looking for an organised and proactive individual to join their growing team. In this varied role, you'll play a key part in supporting their customers and internal teams by managing day-to-day operations, order processing, and admin tasks across customer service, finance, and compliance. Key Responsibilities
Customer & Commercial Support
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email and direct them to the right team
- Process customer and distributor sales orders and confirmations
- Organise deliveries and collections, including customs paperwork
- Maintain accurate records of pricing, contracts, and customer information
- Create and send invoices, set up recurring payments, and help with credit control
- Support rental equipment coordination, including installations, servicing, and breakdowns
- Generate customer reports (carbon savings, training certificates, usage insights)
Finance & Admin Support
- Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and reconcile payments
- Assist with country of origin tracking and documentation for products
- Help with raising purchase orders and processing expense claims
- Support grant bids and tender submissions with admin tasks
- Chase outstanding customer payments and help set up direct debit agreements
Compliance & Training
- Keep employee training records up to date
- Manage document requests and updates to controlled documents
- Log and follow up on any customer service issues or non-conformances
- Help prepare documentation for product releases
Team Support
- Help coordinate and prepare for industry events and conferences
- Organise and manage stock of printed marketing materials
- Compile internal reports using tools like Monday.com and finance software
- Support other departments as needed and attend regular team meetings
- Keep databases and records accurate and up to date
