Meet BIG TONY, who was our beloved mascot, whose larger-than-life personality and even bigger heart make him the star of our socials and events. Legend has it he was once an enthusiastic, if somewhat cuddly, lifeguard, BIG TONY who brought his infectious joy and zest for life to our workplace every day.

When we rebranded to BIG ANT in 2018 we launched a promo video that quickly became more than just another piece of marketing material; it embodied our ethos and approach to recruitment – 'It's all about you.' Today, this message continues to resonate as powerfully as it did when it first captivated our audience.

Welcome, I'm so excited to participate in Rowcroft Hospice's Big Bake to raise funds for patients with life-limiting illnesses in South Devon. Rowcroft holds a special place in so many people's hearts including my own as well as my colleagues. It is always such an honour to be able to things to help raise the vital funds needed for the all important care they provide.
