Excellent Basic Salary, plus uncapped Commission & 42 Days Holiday per annum!

We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager for our client based in the Outskirts of Exeter. They are in a lovely location, and this is a relaxed and non-corporate environment.  We are looking for someone with excellent communication ability, who would be confident to pick up the phone to new customers, as well as providing a high level of service to existing account customers.  Focusing on a geographical area, you will be working to maximise advertising potential, for your accounts.  As well as the attractive basic salary on offer, and uncapped commission, you will benefit from 42 days holiday per annum!

Duties associated with this role include;

  • Maintaining and increasing business from existing accounts.
  • Identify and maximise revenue from new accounts.
  • Maintain and develop excellent relationships with your account contacts.
  • Maintaining the database with key activity.
  • Ensuring the procedure is followed with regards to customer discounts, credits, free orders, and credit control.
  • Ensuring you are up to date with order quotes and confirmations.
  • Trouble shooting any issues.
  • Attending face to face meetings with clients.

 

The successful candidate will have proven sales experience and be target orientated.  We are looking for a team player, happy in a fast-paced environment.  You will have the ability to manage your time effectively and be able to prioritise accordingly.  Good IT Skills are also a must.  Driving is essential for this position, as they are not on a public transport route, and you will be expected to visit your clients.  There is free parking a short walk away.  The core hours are 9am – 5pm, however they are open to flexibility if needed.  If this sounds like the role you have been waiting for, apply today!
