We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager, with excellent Accounts experience. Our client is keen to find a candidate, that has extensive Accounts knowledge, who could run the Accounts function of this family business. Account’s duties will include; Bookkeeping, to Trial Balance, Payroll, and Preparation of financial reports, and document for the external Accountant. This role requires a highly organised individual, who could support more of the Accounts function coming in-house, coupled with the ability to carry out a broad range of general office management duties from facilities & maintenance requirements, organisation of events such as the Christmas Party, purchasing office supplies etc..

This is a small and friendly team, and the successful candidate will play a pivotal part to ensure the smooth running of the office. We would like to facilitate a long handover with the existing post holder, so are looking to move swiftly on this role. The business is going from strength to strength, and you would be joining a stable and long-standing team. They use Sage accounting software, so good Sage experience would be highly beneficial.
