£8.21 p/hr – Ongoing Temp Assignment, with some Permanent roles up for grabs!

We are currently recruiting for a number of inbound call centre staff for our Newton Abbot based client. We are looking for candidates who have excellent Customer Service ability. You don’t necessarily need to have worked in a similar role, but do need to have brilliant communications skills, and a great telephone manner. The company is in the retail sector, and the products are much sought after and popular, so their phone lines are busy. This role will be dealing with incoming enquiries in relation to product, order or delivery queries. They offer a friendly environment, and it’s a nice place to work with progression opportunity available to people who do well in this role. You will be working Monday to Friday, and the lines are open from 9am – 7pm, so you will work full time hours between these times, either 9am – 5pm, or 11am – 7pm.  If you are unable to work evenings you would be put on the earlier shift, and if evenings is your preference you would be on the later shift.

Day to day you will be;

  • Answering the phone and dealing with queries.
  • Tracking orders.
  • Chasing deliveries.
  • Updating the system.
  • Trouble shooting any issues.
