Dealership Host and Sales Administrator

Our Plymouth based client is looking for an experienced administrator to join the established sales team on a full-time basis.

This is a front of house role, you will be based in a dealership and will be the first person the customer sees when they enter the showroom.

Your daily responsibilities will include answering the phone, invoicing, setting up warranties, taxing new vehicles, monthly ordering of vehicles, arranging dealer transfers and being a support to the sales team.

This role is both challenging and rewarding and our clients ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

Whilst not a pre-requisite experience in a similar position would be advantageous.  In addition a working knowledge of PC’s is essential.

Working hours applicable for the role:

Monday to Friday 08:30 am to 5:30 pm with an hour for lunch.
