Who Are We?
We currently have office hubs in Plymouth and Torbay supporting businesses and candidates in the wider region, including Torquay, Newton Abbot, Paignton, Totnes, Dartmouth, Heathfield, Ashburton, Ivybridge, Exeter, Plympton, Plymouth, Tiverton.
We’re not great at talking about ourselves, for us, it’s all about you. However, the keeping it simple answer, is that we are a team of like-minded individuals who will do their ultimate best to help you in terms of delivering recruitment solutions.
We do have some partners who have twisted our arms to help them further afield in the South West and nationally too.
As a business we strive to break the mould of the orthodox employment agency. We aim to loosen the shackles a little and be human. We know there are rules to follow in our industry, and our experienced team are fully aware of them, but they shouldn’t stop us enjoying what we do. The result is real value in our relationships with you, and partnerships that are mutually respectful.

Business Support Office & Commercial
We have a consultative approach, working with you, not just for you. We’re not a basic CV sending service, but carefully and comprehensively match skills and experience to the job specifications and your company culture, supporting the entire process from the interview of candidates through to selection and job acceptances.
Our experienced team, both in Plymouth and Torbay, focus on a broad range of disciplines including:

We don’t generally like lists as they seem so generic and don’t capture all the creative job titles of the vacancies we work. Why not, for the sake of a telephone call, pick up the phone and speak to one of our team.
Industrial Manual Recruitment
We’re not a fan of the name of this category, but it’s universally recognised so we’re going with it. We aren’t looking for a pat on the back, but we have experience of managing large volume contracts in manufacturing and the Waste sectors, delivering successful on-site master vendor relationships, but are just as happy working with our smaller, more local businesses. For us, it’s all about you, so we will support you in the way you need us to, but be rest assured, we give you no bull.

If it’s useful to know, we do hold a valid Gangmaster licence and are corporate members of the governing body REC which ensure we continually offer best practice in our solutions and compliance.

For our Agency Staff, we ensure you have all the necessary compliance documentation in place, including DBS checks and proof of eligibility to work. We offer you very competitive rates of pay as well as mileage allowances, but also strive to treat you brilliantly, and support your needs. Don’t forget, we also provide a uniform.
