£30,000 per annum Plus Bonus
We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager for our client based in Torbay. You will be office / workshop based, however this role would also involve customer site visits on an ad hoc basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of orders, right through to installation. You will ensure the highest level of after sales care, and health and safety. You will also be responsible for ensuring that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels. You will be highly customer focused, with the ability to effectively manage a team of fitters. You will report directly into Director level. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in managing and motivating an installation team. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers have an excellent experience.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Management of the process delivery & installation.
- Stock Control.
- Monitoring installations, ensuring a high standard is maintained.
- Allocation of work.
- Dealing with customer queries and issues.
- Ensuring H&S Compliance.
- Management Reporting.
- Ensuring you are up to speed with all current jobs.
Previous knowledge of swimming pool or hot tub installation would be highly beneficial. Or perhaps a background in Carpentry, or Construction sector Project Management would also be an advantage.
